jane and mike are super friendly hosts. they offered help with bags and local tips. our room was super clean and spacious! the breakfast had a great range of choices, it really set us up for the day.
the car park is a bit tight, i had to leave my keys with reception.

the hotel is a short walk to the town centre, about ten minutes. it's also just a five-minute walk from the train station, very convenient! the seafront location gives you excellent beach access.

the breakfast impressed me greatly, especially the high-quality sausages, so tasty and delicious. my dad confirmed it was the best breakfast experienced in a very long time. i appreciated the honesty bar, a lovely space to unwind, and my dad and i enjoyed having our lunch and evening meals there.
i noticed the car park requires leaving your car key with reception, it is only slightly inconvenient.

the hotel has undergone recent refurbishment, it has been beautifully decorated, and the bar area is very nice for lunch or evening meals. breakfast had lots of choices and there are parking facilities available at the hotel.

the room was lovely with a bathroom suitable for people with mobility issues. the walk-in shower was very convenient, and the decor was also really pretty. i found the sofabed comfortable, and my dad reported the double bed was very comfortable too.

the room i got seemed to be the last one available , i assume. it was really small , almost like they forgot to include it in the initial plans. the shower room was even tinier , like showering in a closet , and the toilet seemed to have a mind of its own. also , there was no air con , so i hope you like sweating.

The hosts offered to park my car in their car park around the back. This was helpful. Mike unloaded the luggage and brought it in. Room 4 was spacious for me. I found the king size bed comfortable.
The single-glazed window allowed some street noise to enter the room.
